INSTALLATION

Have you ever had work done around your home by people who were supposed to know what they were doing and then had to call in an expert to fix it? Well, Roy is the kind of experts you'd be calling. After working with every manner of window covering product for over 20 years each, he knows all the little tricks and finicky details that only years of experience  can teach you. 

CLEANING

We are able to clean just about any type of blind or shade in our workshop. Through a combination of machine and hand washing, your window coverings will be returned to you meticulously clean.

We also handle the cleaning of all of your draperies and fabric treatments. While we, ourselves, do not do the actual cleaning, we take full responsibility for ensuring that they are cleaned exactly as they should be.

REPAIRS

If you've been told "it can't be fixed" by anyone other than Roy, don't give up until you've let him check the problem. Without a word of exaggeration, Roy has to have the best stocked workshop on the Island - he's got parts older than he is!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Typically, our turn around time for cleaning and repairs is
48 hours or less. In many instances, if you call us ahead of time, we will be able to offer you same day service on many types of cleaning and repairs. 

PICK UP AND DELIVERY

Need a hand taking your blinds or draperies down or getting them to our store? 

Just give us a call and we can arrange to pick them up then bring them back and re-mount them once the cleaning and/or repair work is done.

Several types of repairs can be done right in your home. Just give us a call and we will save you the time and inconvenience of having to send your window covering into the shop.

COMMON REPAIRS

Horizontal Blinds

• Re-cording of most types of blinds

• Replacement of slat, ladders, cordlocks and tilters

Roller Blinds

• Replace rollers
• Change or add decorative hem
• Reduce in size - length and width
• WE HAVE REPLACEMENT WOOD OR FIBRE ROLLERS

Pleated Shades

• Re-cord most pleated shades

• Replace lift tapes in clutch type shades

• Clutch loop cord replacement

• Size reduction for placement in smaller windows

Vertical Blinds

• Repair or replacement of headrails

• Resizing to either shorten the length or narrow the width

Drapery Rods

• Re-cord and repair drapery rods  in your home or at the shop.
